For Accessories, we currently offer a broader shipping range, covering even more countries than for clothing items. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Once your order is placed, we typically take a few days to process and prepare it for shipment. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to make a correction before your package departs.
While we strive to accommodate address changes, please note that our ability to do so depends on the timing and processing of your order. If we can make the change, we’ll certainly try our best to assist you.

Do I have to pay tax?

My package is lost. What should I do?
We provide tracking information for all orders. If your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If they are unable to locate your package, reach out to us for further assistance.
What if I refuse the delivery or don’t pick up my package?
If a package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery or failure to collect, return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
Something in your order is missing, what do I do?
Oh no! If something is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing contact@doll-hub.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you!
To ensure we can assist you effectively, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to help due to legal limitations. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll either send you the missing item or provide a full refund for it.

Returns
Can I return my item?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer rights. If you'd like to return your item, please email us at contact@doll-hub.com within 14 days to request a return label and instructions.
Important:
Please do not return the item to the sender’s address or use the original shipping label. Returns sent this way will not reach us, and we cannot be held responsible for lost or misrouted packages. Always contact us first so we can guide you through the correct process.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. For full details, see our Return Policy.
I received a damaged Item, what do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear this! Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@doll-hub.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.
To help us assist you better, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your damaged item. After this period, we may not be able to help. Here’s what we can offer:
- Return the item for free, and we’ll issue a full refund along with a discount code for your next order.
- Depending on the damage, you might also be able to keep the item, and we’ll provide a partial or full refund based on the extent of the damage.
Please know that we never send damaged goods, and any issues you encounter are not a reflection of our quality or love for detail. However, since we ship worldwide and our parcels travel long distances, they may be more prone to damage during transit.
Please include photos of the damage and a description of the issue in your email. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and are here to make it right!
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
However, any additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may arise during the return process are not covered by Doll Hub and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Please make sure to only use the return label provided by us. Do not send the item to the sender’s address or use the original shipping label.

How to chose the right size?
Don’t be confused by our sizing or give up if you can’t spot your exact size! While our current selection is small and our sizes are limited, we’re excited to expand in the future!
For now, we use very stretchy and comfortable fabrics designed to fit a wide variety of unique bodies. To help you find your perfect fit, check out the sizing guide available on every product description. Keep in mind that our measurements are hand-measured, so there might be a slight variation of a few centimeters.

There is a difference in the color of the product image and the actual product
There may be a difference in the appearance of the color between the image and the actual product depending on the lighting at the time of shooting, the monitor you are viewing, and the environment in which the product is placed (outdoor, indoor lighting color type). Please note that.
What if my item is wrinkled when it arrives?
We pack our items tightly to keep them safe during shipping, so they might be a bit wrinkled when you receive them. Don’t worry—this is normal! Just hang them up for a little while or give it a light steam, and the wrinkles should smooth out naturally. If you need any help, feel free to Contact Us.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes lingerie, swimwear, earrings, and any items marked as final sale. We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
