Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We offer FREE shipping to selected countries worldwide. All our prices include VAT, so you won’t need to worry about added value tax at checkout. However, please note that any additional charges beyond the shipment—such as customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees—are the responsibility of the customer. These costs can vary depending on your country’s regulations.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Once your order is placed, we typically take a few days to process and prepare it for shipment. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to make a correction before your package departs.

While we strive to accommodate address changes, please note that our ability to do so depends on the timing and processing of your order. If we can make the change, we’ll certainly try our best to assist you.

How can I track my order?

Tracking your order is easy! You’ll receive a tracking link in your order confirmation email, so be sure to check there first. Alternatively, you can track your order by clicking the “Track My Order” link at the bottom of our page. Just enter your order number, and you’ll be able to see all the details about your shipment!

Will my order come in one package?

Usually, yes! Most of the time, your order will arrive in one package. However, depending on the size of your order, you might receive separate packages that could arrive a few business days apart. This helps us manage shipping costs and ensures you don’t face higher additional fees.

Do I have to pay tax?

At Doll Hub, we’re excited to offer FREE worldwide shipping and we cover VAT for you! However, please note that any additional taxes, customs duties, or fees that might be applicable in your country are the responsibility of the customer. These extra costs are rare but can vary based on your location and local regulations.

My package is lost. What should I do?

We provide tracking information for all orders. If your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If they are unable to locate your package, reach out to us for further assistance. We are happy to help and will resolve the issue depending on the case.

What if I refuse the delivery or don’t pick up my package?

If a package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery or failure to collect, return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

Something in your order is missing, what do I do?

Oh no! If something is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing contact@doll-hub.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue for you!

To ensure we can assist you effectively, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to help due to legal limitations. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll either send you the missing item or provide a full refund for it.

Can I return my item?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer rights. If you'd like to return your item, please email us at contact@doll-hub.com within 14 days to request a return label and instructions. (This return option is also available to non-EU customers.)

Please do not return the item to the sender’s address or use the original shipping label. Returns sent this way will not reach us, and we cannot be held responsible for lost or misrouted packages. Always contact us first so we can guide you through the correct process.

How can I initiate a return?

To start a return, simply use the Contact Us form or email us at contact@doll-hub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a return label and step-by-step instructions.

Important: Please don’t return the item to the sender’s address or reuse the original shipping label—this will result in a lost package. Always contact us first so we can ensure your return is handled correctly.

I received a damaged Item, what do I do?

We’re so sorry to hear this! Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@doll-hub.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.

To help us assist you better, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your damaged item. After this period, we may not be able to help.

Here’s what we can offer*:

Please note that we never ship damaged goods. We take great care in packing and quality-checking every item. However, since we ship worldwide, parcels travel long distances and may sometimes be damaged in transit.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

However, any additional costs such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may arise during the return process are not covered by Doll Hub and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Please make sure to only use the return label provided by us. Do not send the item to the sender’s address or use the original shipping label.

How to chose the right size?

Don’t be confused by our sizing or give up if you can’t spot your exact size! While our current selection is small and our sizes are limited, we’re excited to expand in the future!

For now, we use very stretchy and comfortable fabrics designed to fit a wide variety of unique bodies. To help you find your perfect fit, check out the sizing guide available on every product description. Keep in mind that our measurements are hand-measured, so there might be a slight variation of a few centimeters.

There is a difference in the color of the product image and the actual product

Please note that slight differences in color may occur between the product images and the actual item. This can result from various factors such as lighting conditions during photography, your monitor settings, or the lighting environment where the product is viewed (e.g., natural daylight vs. indoor lighting).

However, we make every effort to represent colors as accurately as possible. Fabric composition is always listed in the product description, and we encourage you to check our image gallery for additional photos of the item — often worn and styled by our customers — to get a more realistic impression.

What if my item is wrinkled when it arrives?

We pack our items tightly to keep them safe during shipping, so they might be a bit wrinkled when you receive them. Don’t worry—this is normal! Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. This includes lingerie, accessories, swimwear, earrings, and any items marked as final sale. We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
