Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage
Doll Hub offers free standard shipping to most countries. However, we do not currently ship to certain regions, including Africa and a few other restricted countries. If your location is not eligible for delivery, you will receive an error message at checkout.
Please note: While shipping is free, any additional charges such as customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping coverage.

2. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and may range between 15 to 45 business days. Most orders arrive well before the maximum timeframe.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, local postal operations, or external factors beyond our control such as strikes, weather conditions, or global crises. Doll Hub is not liable for delays once a package has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We work with a range of international carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Common carriers include China Post Registered Airmail, ePacket, DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
The selected carrier depends on the shipping destination, item type, and warehouse location. Delivery speed and tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow the progress of your shipment. Please allow a few business days for the tracking information to become active.

5. Transfer of Responsibility
Once a package leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk and responsibility for delivery transfer to the carrier.
Doll Hub is not liable for loss, theft, delays, or mishandling caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities. For lost or delayed packages, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

6. Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or internal packaging issue, please contact us at contact@doll-hub.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. If the claim is approved, we will offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Please note: Damage caused during shipping (e.g., crushed boxes or outer packaging) must be reported directly to the shipping carrier.

7. Customs & Import Duties
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Doll Hub does not cover these charges and cannot predict or influence customs policies in your country. Refusal to pay import duties may result in your package being returned or destroyed, and we are not responsible for such outcomes.

8. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for lost packages or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

9. Delivery Problems
For issues such as missing, delayed, or misrouted packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
